Red Barn Gardens, a CSA located in Crossville, Tennessee, offers fresh, farm grown organic produce from early April through November. The wide varieties of plants we grow, many of which are heirlooms, have been selected for exceptional flavor and are harvested at their peak. In addition to vegetables and melons, we grow a wide variety of fresh herbs and unique salad greens.
Memberships are available for the 2009 season.
Weekly shares are available for pick up each Wednesday after 1 pm at the farm and at Martin Plumbing next to Radio Shack on West Avenue.
Join our CSA and enjoy the benefits of wholesome, unsurpassed garden fresh vegetables.
What is CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture.
The idea of subscription agriculture was born over 30 years ago, when people became increasingly concerned about the growing amount of imported food and the decline of the local farm which had been their source of safe, nutritious, fresh food. By joining a CSA you can insure your family will receive great tasting, healthy produce while supporting local farms and nurturing the health of our environment. Community Supported Agriculture is a partnership between a local farmer and a group of shareholders.
